Zen HR needed to produce a recruitment brand that could operate within the scope of Zen’s well established corporate identity. The use of the bamboo was the ideal visual device - reinforcing the Zen impression whilst also resonating with the speed of Zen’s own growth.
Subtle colourways were used to complement Zen’s existing branding to create a considered and self aware identity which was carried across a range of both on and offline media.
