As the company grew they required greater control over their Web site content. A new content managed site was ordered alongside a new Search Engine Optimisation package. Whilst some of the original content was kept much of it was updated inline with product changes, this coupled with the changing page addresses (URLs) created some challenges for the SEO Team. As the new site went live we endeavoured to preserve as many of the high rankings as we could, this proved to be highly successful. Just 3 weeks after the new content managed site went live, major search engines had re-indexed the site and it had regained a top 3 ranking for "Avaya IP phones".
